Delivery Information

shop4retail.com only delivers to addresses within mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, subject to stock and payment clearance. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday, and orders placed over weekends and bank holidays, will be despatched the next working day, subject to stock and payment clearance.

Standard Delivery

With our standard delivery service, you should expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Goods are sent either by Royal Mail first class post, or by a courier 1-3 day service. For your protection, we may require a signature on delivery.

Delivery charges

Deliveries up to 2 Kg will be by Royal Mail First Class charged at £6.50 per package. Next day delivery can be arranged for urgent requirements (dependant on stock levels), please email us on deliveries@shop4retail.com

Next working day £8.75 for 2-10 Kg, £16.85 for 11-20 Kg, for 21-100 Kg add £0.28 per Kg

Next working day delivery to Northern Ireland £37.40 for 2-10 Kg, £45.10 for 11-20 Kg, for 21-100 Kg add £1.16 per Kg

Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
